The Bao Beast is run by Myself David wright and my wife Rachel, set up in late 2022. We are an Asian fusion bbq street food vendor offering homemade locally sourced food. From our epic open Bao buns filled with Chinese pulled pork, bbq jackfruit and Katsu curry to our delicious sides, homemade gyoza and bbq ribs.
Purbeck Ice Cream
Multi-award-winning Purbeck Ice Cream is made on our farm overlooking Corfe Castle on the Isle of Purbeck; using fresh Purbeck milk, thick Dorset double cream, British sugar and an abundance of natural ingredients. We don’t use any artificial additives or GMOs, no added colours, or flavours, no nuts, everything’s gluten-free and we're suitable for vegetarians (we have a new vegan range too) plus we're Halal compliant, making this an indulgence that just about everyone can enjoy!
Idelica
Idelica creates authentic, freshly prepared Spanish food to delight all of our customers. Hailing from Emma's Abuela (Grandmother) in Almeria, the paella recipe still includes the family blend of herbs and spices which make it perfect to enjoy in any setting. Our tapas are developed to delight taste buds, using only the finest authentic ingredients.
