Enchanted Performers Theatre Company

I’m Ostara the Bubble Fairy and I run the Enchanted Performers Theatre Company. We’re so excited to join you at the New Forest Food Festival!

You’ll find me spreading joy and wonder with magical bubbles—from sparkling giants to mysterious smoke bubbles, and even bubbles big enough to fit a child. Don’t miss our bubble displays during three special 45-minute sessions throughout the day.

We’ll also be bringing laughter and energy with our Garden Games, hosted by our friendly farmer Old McDonald. Come take part in welly wanging, sack racing, egg and spoon races, and three-legged races—classic field games for hours of friendly fun and unforgettable memories.

And for those who love to get creative, I’ll be leading enchanting craft activities! Join me for hands-on sessions where we’ll make beautiful crafts—perhaps even some bubble art—and let imaginations soar. There are three sessions a day, with all materials provided.

So come along, join the fun, and let’s make magical memories together at the festival!

Simon Chainey Fire & Circus Performer

My name is Simon, and I am one of Dorset’s top family entertainers. As a proud dad of three, I have always valued the importance of exercise and physical activity.

My journey with circus skills began in 2002 while travelling in Australia, where I quickly fell in love with the art. Since 2006, I have worked as a street performer and circus workshop instructor at various events. Today, I specialise in hosting exciting and engaging children’s circus parties.

Magical Alex

 My children’s magic shows are highly entertaining and great fun, with a huge emphasis on plenty of audience participation.

I create an exciting, interactive experience where kids can get involved, learn new skills, and enjoy the thrill of magic. Every moment is designed to keep them engaged, laughing, and having an unforgettable time.

Coles Funfair

Cole’s Funfair is a beloved, family-run funfair that has been bringing joy and excitement to communities for generations. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, thrilling rides, and classic fairground attractions, it offers something for all ages.

Cole’s Funfair delivers a fantastic mix of nostalgia and adrenaline. With a focus on fun, safety, and family-friendly entertainment, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a day out filled with laughter and bright lights.

Braid Junkie

Braid junkie offers the full festival experience suitable for everyone! Colourful braids with festival glitter, or hair tinsel for a subtle festi look. Even natural braids which are long-lasting and perfect for a camping weekend! No matter how long your hair is we have something for you to help get into the festival spirit!

Playful Faces and Balloons

As a professional face painter, I also do temporary glitter tattoos, festival glitter, handmade hair wraps and balloon modelling. I hand-make face painting adornments which add a unique edge to my face art.

New Forest Hounds

The New Forest Hounds have been hunting with Bloodhounds since 2022. Our hounds hunt the “clean boot” which means they follow the completely natural scent of a human runner, not a dragged artificial sent.

Planet Axe

Team Planet Axe is coming to invade the world of throwing axes. Have fun on Planet Axe with our dazzling stall design, alongside highly trained intergalactic safety Martians.
