New Forest Shortbread
Tracy has made shortbread for over 50 years. To keep the homemade taste and texture, each batch of Tracy's dough is very slightly different in weight and mixing time, so the shortbread varies enough to give a variety of shapes and colours once baked. New Forest Shortbread are sealed in recyclable bags and biodegradable boxes, on the day they are baked. All packaging is sustainable and widely recyclable. The shortbread is delicious and makes a very special purchase.

The Mighty Spice Co
We are the Chillal family, and our food journey began in the 1940s with our grandmother's homemade pickles and spices, sold by our grandfather in Pune, India. In 1995, we launched India’s first spice mix brand, 'Parampara', to simplify cooking Indian curries. After selling it in 2012, we spent three years researching and launching 'Mighty Spice' in 2017. This was followed by 'The Vegan Sadhu', 'Ho'oponopono' cooking kits, and 'Ponopono' cooking pastes in 2022.
